Shipping + Returns
Rayne Home Decor will ship your order within 1-3 business days. If for any reason additional time is needed (sometimes stuff happens that are beyond our control), you will be contacted directly via e-mail or phone.
All US and International orders are shipped via United States Postal Service. Shipping is calculated for US shipping only based on size and weight of package(s). For all other countries, Shipping charges are a pre-determined based on weight of package(s). All packages are also insured via USPS. A tracking number is provided with each order. If you did not receive your order and the tracking is showing as delivered, please contact us immediately.
Please Note: International customers are responsible for payment of any additional taxes, custom or duty fees required by other countries.
We want to ensure all of our customers are 100% happy with our products. If for some reason you would like to return your order, please contact us within 7 (seven) business days and provide specific details. Please note the customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
We make sure all items are securely packaged. However, sometimes things happen during shipping that are beyond our control. If you receive a damaged item(s), please contact us within 3(three) business days. We will also need detailed photos of damage for insurance purposes; please include photos in your e-mail otherwise we will not be able to process the request. Once we receive your information and photos, we will resend your order.
All Rayne Home Decor candles are poured in small batches to ensure high quality. With this said, sometimes candles can have defective wicks. Please review our Candle Tips page for helpful information on burning your candle. If your candle is still not burning correctly, please contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will be more than happy to help!
